Burst Pressure Test standards are designed to validate the load capacity of pumps, pressure vessels, hoses and pipelines of metal or plastic that carry different media/fluids at varied pressure and flow rate.

Our burst pressure test stands for plastic components that are simple to use and can be adapted to different specimens by quick coupling system design.
Also, a quick change device is possible so specimens can be interfaced outside the test stand. Each component can be subjected to different pressure ranges using a powerful PLC system integrated with the system.

Our Bust Pressure Test Stands are designed according to GMP for clean room application. The test stands are used to validate components such as pumps, hoses and valves, as well as primary packaging material for the pharmaceutical industry and are therefore tested beyond the load capacity limit.
